My formal education in skin care began at the Euro Institute of Skin Care in 2005.  I hold an esthetics license in Oregon and Washington and I am a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP).  After becoming licensed, I became a member of the Medi-Spa team at one of the leading plastic surgery centers in Portland.

Since then, I have embraced skin care - and I love all of it, giving treatments and helping clients achieve their inner and outer beauty and radiance by customizing services and products to meet their specific needs.

When I discovered the healing and relaxing power of Reiki Jin Kei Do, I trained to the Second Stage level, and became an active member of Northwest Reiki Association.  By integrating my experience as a skin care professional with the healing energy of Reiki, my clients enjoy enhanced results - radiant skin, relaxation, renewal.

The practice I worked with provided experience, knowledge, training and relationships that I hold dear.  The next logical step was to open my own business, The Skin Within, creating a private, professional space to best serve my clients.
